1. General

These terms and conditions govern your purchase of products from Platinum Bakery through this online ordering platform. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Platinum Bakery reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. All orders are subject to availability.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment details are fully secured and encrypted using Stripe's servers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time by contacting at orders@platinumbakery.co.uk.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Food Safety

All meat products are suitable for halal diets. Customers are advised to store products in a refrigerator and consume them before the stated use-by date.

Customers are advised to read the online allergens list prior to placing an order. Platinum Bakery is responsible for all food preparation, ingredients, and compliance.

7. Marketing & Platform Management Disclaimer

Reverdis Labs manages the online ordering platform, digital campaigns, and marketing activities for Platinum Bakery.

Reverdis Labs does not assume any responsibility for product quality, order fulfilment, food handling, or regulatory compliance, which remains the sole responsibility of Platinum Bakery.

8. Data Protection & GDPR

Platinum Bakery and Reverdis Labs are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Personal data (such as name, email, phone number, and address) is collected only for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
• Payment data is securely processed by third-party providers (Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.
• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., delivery services) or for legal reasons mandated by UK law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• Platinum Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, dissatisfaction, or delays arising from the consumption, delivery, or availability of its products.
• Liability for any claim relating to an order shall be limited to the total amount paid for that specific order excluding any associated delivery fees.
• While Platinum Bakery takes all reasonable care in the preparation and handling of its products, customers are responsible for ensuring proper storage, handling, and consumption within the recommended timeframes.
• Platinum Bakery shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions where customers have failed to read the allergen list or disclose allergies or dietary requirements prior to ordering.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
• Reverdis Labs shall not be held liable for any issues relating to product quality, food safety, or fulfilment.
